Requesting Data Deletion from MessOrder AI
MessOrder AI respects user privacy and provides a simple process for requesting the deletion of personal and business data collected through Facebook Messenger automation.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you are a Facebook Page owner or an authorized administrator and want your data deleted from MessOrder AI , please follow the steps below:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to:

Required information in the email:

Registered email address (if applicable)
Option 2: Disconnect Your Facebook Page
You may also request data deletion by:

Logging in to your MessOrder AI dashboard

Disconnecting your Facebook Page from the system

Contacting support to confirm deletion
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will permanently delete:

Messenger conversation data
-
Order data generated from Messenger
-
Facebook Page identifiers and access tokens

Any associated automation configuration
Processing Time
-
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days

Once completed, the data cannot be recovered
